The Štěpán Zavřel Foundation is happy to announce that the 38th edition of the International Children’s Illustration Exhibition The Images of Fantasy will be reopened exceptionally at the beginning of the summer, from 1 to 30 June 2021, in the headquarters of the House of Fantasy of Sarmede.
With the new opening, the Foundation considered it important to respond to the numerous requests from the public for aficionados and specialists and to clearly reaffirm, precisely in such a difficult moment for everyone, the role of the Štěpán Zavřel Foundation in favor of art and education to beauty.
It will be possible to walk along the itineraries designed by the artistic director Gabriel Pacheco, through woods, contemplate unexpected landscapes, get lost in the domestic forests and immerse yourself in the beauty and wisdom of the art of Olga Dugina and Andrej Dugin, the guests of honor. It will also be possible to observe the works of the students of the International School of Illustration who paid tribute to Gianni Rodari.
There will also be a meeting with the founder Štěpán Zavřel, present in the exhibition with illustrations from the Bible and told in depth in the permanent exhibition rooms located next to the House of Fantasy, in the headquarters of the Municipality of Sarmede.
In June the Casa della Fantasia will return to welcome you full of beauty and hope. The Štěpán Zavřel Foundation is waiting for you!

Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm; closed on monday.
Reservations are not required, but highly recommended.

Ticket cost: full 6 euros; reduced 5.50 euros (disabled, Banca Prealpi members, Coop Alleanza 3.0 members).
Free admission: children up to 14 years, residents of the Municipality of Sarmede, carers of the disabled, health personnel
Guided tours: by reservation only for groups of up to 10 people.
Duration: one hour. Cost: 50 euros.
