Made in Malga 2021
Everything is ready, in Asiago, for Made in Malga 2021, the ninth edition of the national event dedicated to mountain cheeses. There will be two long weekends that from 3 to 5 and from 10 to 12 September 2021 will host the best mountain pasture cheeses from all over Italy and many other mountain specialties.
The format of the event is the same as in previous years. The best products of the Italian mountains will be present in the streets and squares of the plateau town. Each farm will be combined with a commercial activity in the center of Asiago (thanks also to the collaboration with the Confcommercio district of Asiago), proposing a winning collaboration already successfully tested since 2012. The path of the exhibition market will mark the stages in the shops, bars, wine bars, restaurants and hotels, where you can get to know and buy the typical specialties of the malga, all strictly produced above 600 meters above sea level.
Made in Malga is aimed at all lovers of mountain cheeses and mountain goodness. The stalls of the producers find hospitality in the shops of Asiago, creating a gastronomic journey through the streets of the center. A journey in stages where you can discover, taste and buy the goodness produced at high altitude. A different, creative way to experience Asiago: immersed in the natural beauty of the Plateau, discover the originality and quality of the city’s commercial activities.
