The selected Arabica and Robusta beans, processed with the traditional slow roasting system, give the coffee a rich aroma and a full taste, for those who love an intense and energetic coffee.
Notes of bitter cocoa are perceived on the nose and palate and are then combined with aromas of dried fruit and cereals and licorice that give, at the end of the tasting, a persistent sweetness.
